Parcel Post Shipping

Free standard parcel post shipping within Australia (East Coast – 2-7 business days/West Coast – 3-14 business days) for orders over $60, and $9.99 for all other orders.

Express Shipping

Orders made before 12:30pm go out that afternoon and should arrive the following business day for metropolitan areas.

Need a mask ASAP? If you need your order urgently, we highly recommend upgrading to Australia Post Express, which is $14.99 (1-2 business days). Our warehouse is located in Brisbane, which means we can get your order to you quickly.

Exchanges and Returns

Not what you were really wanting? Too easy! All you have to do is return the mask to us in original condition within 30 days, and you can swap it for another style or we’ll provide you with a refund. We are located in Brisbane, so you don’t have to worry about the cost of returning an item to an overseas location. It’s really important to us that you love your mask, so feel free to get in contact with us as soon as you can to help arrange the exchange or refund. Exchanges incur a $9.99-$14.99 (depending on the size of the mask) fee to cover postage, handling and re-stocking.

Please Note: Items must be brand new, make up free with tags attached in order to receive an exchange or refund, this seems fair right? If the item is returned to us used or damaged we will provide you with the option to have it returned to you at your own cost. Refund is for the purchase price of the mask, shipping is non-refundable.

  • Free Shipping Over $60

    All orders shipped to Australian addresses that are over $60 in value will receive free shipping during checkout. If your order is below $60, we recommend that you find someone else who is going to the same party and combining your orders so that you can save on shipping costs (they’ll owe you for the favour of course).

This is why we go to great lengths to not only provide you with beautiful packaging, but also packaging that will withstand the trials of the postal system.


    We know the old “Satisfaction Guaranteed” has lost a lot of meaning these days – but we take it seriously. If you’re not happy with your order, please don’t settle for less than you’re happy with. Get in touch with us and we’ll do what we can to help, including give you a refund if that’s the best option.
